Robert Franklin Worley (b. 1919, Riverside, Calif.-d. July 23, 1968), U.S. Air Force officer, graduated from pilot training and received his commission in 1941. During World War II he participated in the North African, Sicily, and Italian campaigns and Asia-Pacific Theater campaigns, flying 120 aerial missions with 215 combat hours.
